Replace the pH sensor on your Apera Premium tester without replacing the whole instrument. Choose PH60-E for general water, PH60F-E for surfaces and small samples, or PH60S-E for soft solids. All three standard-E probes include temperature sensing and are documented for PH60, PH60F, PH60S and PC60.
Choose one of the three E-model versions above. Each option is one replacement probe, not a complete tester. Apera’s probe warranty is six months from delivery.

The three E probes fit PH60, PH60F, PH60S and PC60. On PC60 they provide pH and temperature only: they do not preserve the combination probe’s conductivity channel. Use PC60-E when you need both pH and conductivity.

PH60-E is suited to general aqueous pH testing, including hydroponics, aquaculture, pools, water treatment and environmental monitoring.
PH60F-E is designed for surface pH testing on samples such as paper, fabrics, skin or concrete, and for small-volume solutions.
PH60S-E uses LabSen spear glass and a long-life reference system for soft solids such as cheese, meat, fruit and sushi rice. Its glass tip is not a tool for forcing through hard material.
All three E probes specify pH 0–14, a built-in 30 kΩ thermistor and 0–50°C operation. Tip geometry and junction design differ by model; host-tester accuracy and display functions are separate specifications.

Keep these pH-only probes hydrated with the specified 3M KCl storage solution. PH60S-E must remain in 3M KCl when not in use. The PH60-E and PH60F-E sheets specify a five-minute KCl soak before use. Never store a pH probe immersed in tap, RO, distilled or deionized water.
Use distilled or deionized water for rinsing between samples, not for storage. For contamination, follow the exact model’s cleaning instructions and use Apera electrode cleaning solution as appropriate; condition and recalibrate before measuring again. This pH-only guidance is not the PC60-E combination-probe storage procedure.
Calibrate with pH 7.00, pH 4.00 and pH 10.01 buffers.
Choose PH60-E’s bulb for general water, PH60F-E’s flat membrane for surfaces or small samples, and PH60S-E’s spear for soft-solid samples.

All three E instruction sheets specify pH 0–14, a 30 kΩ thermistor and 0–50°C operation. Those are probe specifications, not a separate promise of system accuracy.
Remove the cap, unscrew the probe ring, unplug the old probe, align and seat the replacement, then tighten the ring. Keep the electrical contacts clean and dry. PH60-E and PH60F-E specify five minutes in 3M KCl before use; keep the PH60S-E spear hydrated. Calibrate pH using the host tester’s procedure.
The PH60S-E instruction sheet requires 3M KCl storage solution when it is not in use. Keep the cap secure and protect the glass spear from impact or force.
No. Tap, RO, distilled and deionized water are not pH-probe storage solutions. Use pure water for rinsing and the specified KCl solution for hydration/storage; do not apply this pH-only routine to PC60-E’s combined pH/EC sensor.

APERA INSTRUMENTS, LLC warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for SIX MONTHS from the delivery.
This limited warranty does NOT cover accidental damage, improper use, normal wear and tear, transportation, storage, failure to follow the product instructions, unauthorized maintenance, modification or repair, or external causes beyond Apera's reasonable control.
