Shipping policy

At Blue Tiger Scientific, we are committed to providing you with reliable and efficient shipping services. As a reseller, we place your order with our trusted vendors, who then ship the items directly to you. Here’s what you can expect when you order from us:

Shipping Locations: Blue Tiger Scientific ships from various locations within the Continental US, primarily via UPS and FedEx. Orders with multiple items might ship from different locations, leading to varied ground shipment receipt times.

 

Handling Hazardous Items: Certain hazardous items may have shipping restrictions and may require additional hazardous charges and facility verification. Special handling for lift gates, inside deliveries, and rescheduled deliveries may also incur additional freight charges.

 

Order Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

Potential Delays: Delays can occur due to manufacturer supply, supply chain issues, carrier challenges, or specialty items that are manufactured only after orders are placed. For any potential delays, please contact our sales team or wait for updates via email or phone from our customer service representatives.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout according to the most accurate rate provided by our carriers. These charges are subject to change, and you will be notified at the time of your purchase. Customers can request to have their order shipped using their own carrier accounts at checkout. Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer.

 

Free Shipping: Products marked with this logo qualify for Free Standard Shipping within the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses) to a single location. Some products may qualify for free shipping when ordering in large quantities or together with other items of the same brand. For inquiries, submit your request through our contact us form including all part numbers, quantities, and your shipping address.

 

Special Delivery Options: For items that are oversized or overweight, special delivery options such as loading docks or lift gates may be required and incur additional charges. For any special delivery needs, requests, or questions, please call us at (833) 928-4437.

 

Shipping to Various Addresses: We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders may be processed for shipment only to a valid physical address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

 

Backorders: When an item is back-ordered, we will notify you immediately with the expected delay. We recommend you contact us before placing your order to make sure we are able to meet your deadlines.

 

Limited Liability: Blue Tiger Scientific shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages resulting from a failed or delayed delivery of products purchased. Our terms of shipping are Free on Board (FOB) origin unless agreed otherwise. Blue Tiger Scientific shall not be liable for any damages to the products during transit. Customers should not accept a damaged package unless the carrier makes a “damage or shortage” notation on the freight bill or delivery receipt. Replacement products must be ordered and paid for separately.

 

Estimated Transit Time: The number of days shown below each shipping option in your Shopping Cart is an estimated “In Transit Time” only. It does not include order verification, processing time, or any applicable lead times or other delays.

 

International Shipping: Customers with shipping addresses outside the US are responsible for all duties, import taxes, value-added taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order and are non-refundable.

 

Local Delivery & In-Store Pickup: At this time, Blue Tiger Scientific does not offer local delivery or in-store pickup.

 

Hazardous Chemicals: We cannot ship chemicals to residential addresses, including home-based businesses. A business/commercial shipping address is required upon checkout. If a residential address is used, the order will be canceled. Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer.

 

Missing Package: If tracking information shows that delivery was completed but you cannot locate the package, verify the shipping address on your order confirmation. Check with other residents at your location or neighbors. If you still cannot locate the shipment, please contact us to open an investigation with the carrier. Note that carriers have a 60-day liability period to open a case if the package was lost.

 

Special Delivery Options: For oversized or overweight items, special delivery such as liftgate and inside delivery services might be necessary. Charges for these services will apply. You must specify any special delivery requirements at the time of order.

 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment here.
