We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Site.

 

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Rocklin, California, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof.

 

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Blue Tiger Scientific regarding the use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and Blue Tiger Scientific.

 

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

 

18. Waiver

No waiver by Blue Tiger Scientific of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Blue Tiger Scientific to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
