Why buy from Blue Tiger Scientific?

Clarity before you buy.
Help when you need it.

Scientific purchasing is about getting the details right. Blue Tiger combines a multi-brand catalog with product information, online purchasing, quote options and a direct way to ask about the item in front of you.

More than a title and a price

Two listings can look similar while describing different purchasing units or configurations. A meter may be sold as an instrument or a kit. A freezer may have regional electrical requirements. A consumable may be priced by pack or case rather than by individual piece.

Use Blue Tiger product pages to work through those distinctions. Look at the catalog number, options, specifications, included contents and available documents. Related items can help you explore a workflow, but a related-product suggestion is not automatically a compatibility or replacement claim.

If a detail matters to your decision and is not clear, ask us. A specific question before ordering can prevent a much more difficult question after delivery.

Different purchases need different checks

The useful questions change with the product. These are examples of the details worth confirming.

Everyday supplies

For tubes, storage boxes, racks and other labware, compare dimensions, capacity, pack contents and the ordering unit. Check whether the listing offers different colors, materials or formats.

Laboratory instruments

For equipment, confirm the exact model, voltage or regional configuration, footprint and included accessories. Review the product documentation rather than assuming every item in a photograph is supplied.

Research materials

For reagents and kits, review the application, format, unit of sale, documentation and any stated storage or shipping requirements. Follow the product-specific intended-use information.

A straightforward purchasing path

  1. Identify the product.

Search by model or catalog number, browse a category, or start with a manufacturer.

  2. Check the configuration.

Review the selected option, ordering unit, contents and relevant specifications.

  3. Choose your purchasing route.

Use the Shopping Cart for eligible online purchases or the Quote Cart for an enquiry that needs review.

  4. Provide the important requirements.

For a quote, include quantities and the full delivery address, plus any freight, documentation or institutional purchasing needs.

  5. Follow the order.

Use shipment information as it becomes available and contact Blue Tiger when you need order assistance.

Room for a more involved requirement

Some purchases need more discussion than a single Add to Cart click. You may be comparing configurations, gathering several items, buying for an institution or trying to understand delivery requirements for a larger instrument.

For those situations, a quote request gives us the product list and your requirements to review. Tell us which details need confirmation. A shipping address is important when freight, destination or delivery access affects the order. If your organization needs particular purchasing or documentation information, include that request as well.

The Shopping Cart and Quote Cart remain separate. Reviewing a quote does not automatically move your shopping items, combine the totals or place an order. You choose which purchasing path to use.

Support does not stop at the product page

Blue Tiger can help with purchasing questions, quotations, order enquiries and starting return requests. If an order includes products from different suppliers, it may arrive in separate shipments. The tracking tool provides a place to check the available shipment information.

For a return-for-credit request, contact Blue Tiger first and wait for authorization and the correct return instructions. Manufacturer warranty and technical service follow the applicable manufacturer terms. These are different paths, and we aim to make that distinction clear before it becomes a source of confusion.

Questions buyers ask

Can you help me confirm an exact part?

Send the manufacturer name, model or catalog number, and the configuration you are considering. Include the source page when possible so we can review the same item.

Does a related product always fit the item I am viewing?

No. Some recommendations are alternatives or related-workflow items. Compatibility or replacement suitability should be confirmed for the exact models involved.

What should I do if timing is important?

Contact us before ordering so the current availability, supplier timing and delivery requirements can be reviewed. A general website statement is not a product-specific delivery commitment.

Can I request a quote for multiple items?

Yes. Use the Quote Cart or contact us with the catalog numbers, quantities and delivery address. Include any institutional purchasing requirements that need review.

What if warranty or return information is missing?

Ask Blue Tiger for clarification before ordering. Missing information is not a promise of extra coverage, and it does not remove the published policies, purchase-time commitments or rights that otherwise apply.

Make the next question a specific one.

A model number and a clear requirement are a good place to begin.
