MTC Bio Shipping and Return Policy

At Blue Tiger Scientific, we proudly distribute authentic MTC Bio products. The following policies apply to all purchases made through our store. All return requests must be initiated with Blue Tiger Scientific before being processed by MTC Bio.

Shipping Policy

Orders for MTC Bio products are fulfilled and shipped directly by MTC Bio using FedEx or UPS, with FedEx Ground as the default shipping method unless otherwise specified.

• Expedited shipping options (2-Day, Overnight) are available at an additional cost.
• MTC Bio only ships to residential or business addresses within the United States—no PO Boxes.
• Orders placed after business hours, weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day, pending product and carrier availability.
• Shipping timelines may vary based on product availability, order size, and carrier logistics.
• Blue Tiger Scientific and MTC Bio are not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, or unforeseen delivery issues once the order has shipped.

Return Policy

If a return is necessary, customers must start the process with Blue Tiger Scientific before returning any products to MTC Bio.

• All return requests must be initiated with Blue Tiger Scientific before shipping a product back to MTC Bio.
• Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Blue Tiger Scientific before returning any item.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned—only unused items in original packaging will be accepted.
• Unauthorized returns (without an RMA) will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
• Returned items are subject to inspection, and a 20% restocking fee may be applied.
• Refunds will cover the product cost only—shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
• Certain items, such as custom-built, special-order, or hazardous materials, may not be eligible for return.

• Some MTC Bio products are custom-made or built to order; shipping will occur once the product is ready.
• In the event of backorders, partial shipments may be requested.
• Occasional delays due to material shortages, import issues, or carrier problems.
