A dirty-liquid pH station with an open-junction LabSen 333 electrode.
APERA INSTRUMENTS / PH700-WW / AI5012
PH700-WW pairs the PH700 meter with the LabSen 333 pH/temperature electrode for collected wastewater, suspensions, emulsions and slurries. Its POM body, open junction and nonrefillable polymer reference distinguish this configuration from a general-water bench kit.
Choose it for laboratory testing of suitable dirty liquids. This is a bench station for samples brought to the instrument, not an inline process monitor or a meter designed for immersion.
Each card opens that product page. Different kits supply different probes and care methods. The 201T-F card is an electrode-only base-kit replacement, not an extra specialty electrode supplied with these kits.

REPLACEMENT ELECTRODE ONLY
Compatible base PH700 sensor; not a complete meter kit.
The open junction is designed for samples that can clog conventional junctions. It is a practical electrode-selection difference, not a promise that residues will never build up.
The black POM housing surrounds the measuring end for routine sample handling. The sensing element still needs careful immersion, cleaning and protection from impact or abrasive solids.
LabSen 333 uses a nonrefillable polymer reference. Routine care focuses on clean sample contact and correct external wet storage, rather than adding electrolyte to an internal reservoir.
Bring representative samples to a stable bench position for pH checks. Follow the applicable collection and handling procedure so the measured aliquot represents the water being assessed.
An open-junction option for suitable solids-bearing liquids. Check the solids load, abrasion risk and consistency; not every dense sludge will provide adequate contact.
Use where the liquid matrix suits the electrode materials and method. An emulsion application does not establish blanket compatibility with solvents or strongly reactive formulations.
Connect blue BNC to pH/mV and black RCA to TEMP. LabSen 333 includes the temperature sensor, so no separate temperature electrode is needed. Position it with the supplied holder and keep the meter body clear of splashes.
Calibrate with clean standards before testing, using at least two points before first use. Begin at the neutral point of the selected buffer series. Rinse thoroughly between standards and dirty samples, taking care not to return contaminated liquid to a buffer bottle.
Use a representative aliquot and immerse the sensing area appropriately. Wait for a stable reading under the chosen method. The included probe is rated 0–80°C; automatic compensation does not authorize exposure above that rating or make strong chemistry, very hot samples or pure-water work suitable.
After use, rinse off suspended solids and other residue. Keep the electrode wet in its closed storage vial with 3M KCl AI1107. Refresh contaminated soaking solution rather than carrying sample contamination into the next session.
The storage liquid is outside the electrode. Do not attempt to refill the polymer reference with KCl. Distilled or deionized water is useful for rinsing but should not replace the specified long-term storage solution.
An open junction still requires cleaning. Follow the LabSen 333 instructions for contaminant removal, reconditioning and recalibration, and keep the connectors dry. Inspect for damage when response deteriorates rather than assuming the protective body makes the glass sensing element unbreakable.
PH700 supports 1-3 pH calibration points and 50 manually saved sets shared across pH/mV. The instrument display range is 0-14.00 pH with selectable 0.01/0.1 pH resolution and stated ±0.01 pH ±1 digit accuracy; these do not establish unrestricted probe/matrix accuracy.
M+ saves a stable result and RM recalls it. No documented USB/PC export, automatic interval recording, date/time field or certified audit trail is promised. Optional ORP needs a separate appropriate ORP electrode; the supplied pH electrode in mV mode gives its pH signal, not ORP.
This manufacturer electronics illustration refers to the PH700 instrument. Appropriate electrode selection, calibration and sample handling still govern the result. It does not establish extra logging/export features or a separately tested performance guarantee.
Collected wastewater, suspensions, emulsions and slurries with suitable chemistry and consistency. It is a bench-testing configuration, not a universal sensor for every industrial liquid or solids concentration.
No. Its internal polymer reference is nonrefillable. Use 3M KCl AI1107 only in the external storage vial to maintain wet storage. Do not add it to the electrode interior.
No. Use the included LabSen 333 within its 0–80°C rating and a suitable sample method. The meter’s larger temperature interval does not extend the probe limit.
No. It is designed for liquids that can foul conventional junctions, but residues can still affect measurement. Rinsing, correct storage and contaminant-specific cleaning remain necessary.
The supplied electrode uses blue BNC for pH/mV and black RCA for its integrated NTC 30 kΩ temperature sensor. Other-brand compatibility requires more than a matching BNC socket.
This is not an inline or continuous-immersion system. The PH700 meter is IP54 splash/dust resistant, not submersible. Bring suitable samples to the bench and keep the instrument out of the liquid.
PH700, one LabSen 333 electrode with storage vial/cap, one holder, a 9V adapter, pH 4.00/7.00/10.01 buffers at 50 mL each, and the user manual.
No separate retail storage-solution bottle, beaker, ORP electrode, USB cable or carrying case is listed. A second temperature probe is unnecessary for the configured kit; an ORP electrode is required for ORP measurements.
