T500-1 is the accessory-only AMCO polymer standard set for the Apera TN420 and TN500 white-light turbidity meters. One sealed, prefilled vial is supplied at each of 20, 100, 400 and 800 NTU.
This is not a meter, not the complete five-point meter-kit standard package and not a zero-standard refill. The infrared TN480 specifies T200-1 instead. Choose by exact meter compatibility, not by concentration labels alone.

The complete TN420/TN500 meter kits include a zero standard as well as nonzero standards. This replacement accessory is different: it supplies only the four values above. T500-2 is a separately listed zero refill, not part of T500-1.

The TN480 infrared model specifies T200-1. Do not assume a shared list of nominal values makes this white-light set interchangeable.
KEEP THE NONZERO VIALS SEALED
The exact product labels and compatible meter manuals instruct users not to open the nonzero standard vials. Do not dilute, decant or transfer their contents to another vial. The opening/refill instructions for a zero-standard vial are a different procedure.
Protect against fingerprints, smudges, scratches and excess oil. Follow the meter instructions for vial indexing and exterior preparation.
Normally use AMCO directly. After prolonged disuse, follow the exact meter’s gentle-inversion/waiting guidance. Vigorous shaking is not the preparation method.
The compatible meter manuals specify 5-30 °C storage for calibration solutions. Protect from sunlight and never freeze. Check the date printed on the vial bottom and replace expired standards.
No fixed remaining shelf life at shipment is promised on this page. Generic opened-bottle marketing is not permission to open these sealed nonzero vials, and the zero solution has a different replacement/storage routine.
