Lay out a slide set for review

A flat folder presents a slide set differently from a deep storage box. Use the 30 positions to organize slides for a review session, teaching set or short-term working collection. The recessed compartments separate the positions, while the front-cover index corresponds to the number grid inside so a slide can be located without relying only on visual memory.

Keep the index with the set

Record each slide identifier against its position as the tray is loaded, and keep that record current when slides are exchanged. This is especially useful when the folder moves between preparation and review. The grid helps navigation but does not replace the specimen label: confirm the label at retrieval rather than assuming a slide stayed in its last position.

Close the protective flaps between sessions

The compartment holder uses double-layer densely pressed cardboard, with a single-layer cover and protection flaps attached by durable tape. The covers protect the specimen area and prevent access while closed.
