Change the support arrangement as tubes change

A laboratory that alternates between tube sizes can benefit from a rack whose support shelves move rather than a fixed layout for every task. The two hinged shelves rotate up or down to accommodate the tube being used. Four interchangeable tube segments are included, giving the working arrangement more flexibility than a single rigid top plate.

Use an angle for visibility and pipetting

The shelves can also be positioned at an angle for more comfortable pipetting and improved visibility. Set the arrangement before loading the sample set, then check that the actual tubes are supported as intended. The specified 10–17 mm range is a diameter range; nominal tube volume alone is not enough to confirm fit.

Teardrop-shaped wells are designed to ease insertion and improve tube retention, and molded grids appear on both sides of the shelves.
