Overview

One dashboard. Every monitored location.

Group monitored zones by department or location, review current values and alert status, and move into the history for a particular cabinet. Password-protected access and configurable user profiles help put the right information in the right hands.

  • Review zones and alert status together
  • Access the portal from an internet-connected device
  • Organize visibility across sites and departments

Smart Alerts with follow-through

An alert is the beginning of a response.

Set thresholds and notification contacts around the equipment, materials and responsibilities in your facility. Calls, texts and emails can be combined in the configured alert workflow.

01 / Conditions

Know when a zone needs attention

User alerts identify monitored conditions outside the configured range, helping staff focus on the cabinet or zone that needs review.

02 / System health

Watch the monitoring setup, too

System alerts cover issues such as power loss, low backup battery, cellular connectivity and probe faults, not only temperature excursions.

03 / Follow-up

Escalate unresolved events

Administrator alerts address user or system events that remain unaddressed for a configured time. Define backup contacts and escalation responsibilities before deployment.

  1. DetectA configured condition triggers an event.
  2. NotifyReach the designated contacts.
  3. EscalateRoute unaddressed events onward.
  4. Document & closeRecord the investigation and follow-up.

Notification timing depends on configuration and connectivity. Your team remains responsible for assessing events and taking action.

From daily operation to inspection preparation

Make the records easier to review, not harder to assemble.

Bring the excursion and the response together

Historical charts, alert comments and acknowledgment records help your team reconstruct an event and document what was done. Generate reports and supporting audit or validation documents from the platform.

  • Review the relevant zone and time period.
  • Connect the readings with event history and staff comments.
  • Use the records to support your facility’s procedures and inspection preparation.

Access for the people who need it

Password-protected portal access and configurable profiles support shared oversight without giving every user the same responsibilities.

PharmaWatch describes platform features supporting FDA 21 CFR Part 11 recordkeeping, including controlled access and audit trails. Your deployment, validation and operating procedures determine how those features support your requirements.

Calibration is a lifecycle, not a reminder on a calendar

Keep the probe and its documentation moving together.

Accucold’s calibration-management program uses replaceable, pre-calibrated probes, with replacements dispatched before certification expires and certificate updates managed as part of the program.

  1. 01

    Start with traceability

Accucold lists NIST-traceable calibration and a two-year calibration certificate. Keep the supplied certificate and its dates with your records.

  2. 02

    Plan the replacement before expiry

The managed recalibration program arranges replacement probes ahead of certification expiry, reducing manual scheduling and tracking.

  3. 03

Replace the probe, retain the device

The replaceable-probe design provides a practical recalibration route without sending the entire monitor away. Confirm the program and replacement arrangements in your proposal.

Equipment insight alongside inventory oversight

Read the pattern, not just the latest number.

Accucold describes preventive-maintenance indicators that use monitoring data to flag possible maintenance needs. Changes in temperature patterns can prompt a closer equipment review before a small issue becomes a larger operational problem.

Raw air: a view of equipment behavior

Air readings show conditions around the sensing point and help your team review operating cycles, access events and temperature recovery.

VTB: a modelled buffered view

PharmaWatch’s Virtual Temperature Buffer uses an algorithmic response instead of a glycol bottle or other physical buffer. Review the buffered value alongside air readings to distinguish their different responses.

A modelled buffered value is not a direct measurement inside every stored item, and performance indicators do not diagnose every fault or guarantee a failure prediction.

Retrofit or new equipment

Keep the equipment. Upgrade the oversight.

Add application-matched monitoring to compatible Accucold, Summit and other-brand equipment. Bring a single cabinet or a mixed fleet into the same planning conversation.

  • Existing equipment: share the make, model and operating conditions.
  • New equipment: scope monitoring with your cold-storage purchase.
  • Site planning: confirm power, cellular coverage and an appropriate probe route without compromising door seals.

Which kit do I need?

Choose the environment first.

The monitor housings can look similar. The application and matched probe configuration are the important buying distinctions.

Standard refrigerator

DLPWRKIT

For a compatible refrigerator that needs remote temperature visibility.

Choose around the actual equipment and required operating setpoint.

Standard freezer

DLPWFKIT

For conventional freezer monitoring, rather than an ultra-low application.

Accucold describes freezer use as low as −50°C. This is not the ULT kit.

Refrigerator/freezer combination

DLPWRFKIT

For the refrigerated and frozen compartments of a compatible combination unit.

Specify both compartment conditions so the probe arrangement can be matched.

Ultra-low freezer

DLPWULTKIT

The dedicated kit choice for an ultra-low freezer monitoring proposal.

Include the required setpoint and freezer model. Do not substitute the standard-freezer kit.

BOD refrigerated incubator

DLPWINCKIT

For temperature monitoring of compatible BOD refrigerated incubators.

Match the incubator and operating conditions; describe any additional measurements you need.

Controlled-temperature cabinet

DLPWCRTHKIT

For temperature and humidity monitoring in compatible controlled room-temperature cabinets.

Describe the required temperature and humidity conditions and the cabinet being monitored.

From probe to response

How the monitoring chain fits together.

The monitoring system observes conditions. Your refrigeration equipment and facility response procedures remain separate parts of the overall workflow.

  1. 1. Matched probe

A probe suited to the application is positioned in the monitored environment.

  2. 2. Cellular device

The externally positioned monitor records and communicates readings over cellular.

  3. 3. Connected portal

With active service, readings and history become accessible for review.

  4. 4. Assigned response

Configured notifications reach the staff who assess the event and take action.

One complete monitoring proposal

Hardware, connected operation and support, scoped together.

Your quote brings the selected kit and the monitoring program into one clear scope. Confirm the included services and responsibilities before deployment.

The application-matched kit

Specify the monitor, suitable probe arrangement, power supply, cabling and mounting materials for the equipment and conditions being monitored.

The connected program

Confirm cellular data, hosting, portal access, notifications, reporting, calibration management, training, technical support and warranty terms in the service proposal.

Validation scope is confirmed with the program. Accucold’s overview describes IQ/OQ and PQ guidance; do not assume every proposal includes a full PQ execution package. Pricing, service availability and inclusions are confirmed in writing. A quote request does not activate recurring billing.

Buyer questions

Answers before you choose a kit.

Can PharmaWatch be used with equipment from another brand?

The aftermarket kits are described by Accucold for compatible equipment from other brands, not only Accucold and Summit. Select the application-specific kit and confirm the required operating conditions, probe arrangement, access and site connectivity.

Does PharmaWatch use WiFi or cellular?

Cellular, not facility WiFi. These kits use cellular data rather than your local WiFi network. Accucold and PharmaWatch describe automatic selection of the strongest available supported signal across Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile.

This provides multi-carrier connectivity and removes dependence on your facility’s WiFi credentials, router and local network availability. Cellular coverage and active service still need to be suitable at the installation location.

Does the monitor control or power the refrigerator?

No. This is a monitoring layer, not a replacement refrigeration controller or an emergency power source for the cabinet. Your equipment continues to provide heating or cooling, and your team follows its response procedures.

Which kit should I choose for an ultra-low freezer?

Start with DLPWULTKIT for an ultra-low monitoring proposal. The DLPWFKIT standard-freezer model is described for temperatures as low as −50°C and should not be substituted for a ULT application. Include your exact required operating temperature for qualification.

Does every kit measure humidity or CO₂?

No. DLPWCRTHKIT is the temperature-and-humidity choice for controlled room-temperature cabinets. The other listed applications do not establish humidity or CO₂ sensing. DLPWINCKIT is the BOD refrigerated-incubator temperature model.

How many probes are supplied with the combination kit?

DLPWRFKIT is the refrigerator/freezer application choice. Include both compartments and their operating conditions with your request. The proposal will specify the supplied probe arrangement and monitored zones, rather than assuming that two displayed data channels mean two physical probes.

What happens during a power or cellular outage?

Accucold describes a rechargeable battery with up to five days of backup recording. That battery supports the monitoring device, not the refrigerator or freezer.

If cellular connectivity is temporarily unavailable, PharmaWatch describes local recording and automatic synchronization when the connection returns. Live portal updates and remote notifications can be delayed until communication is restored.

Multi-carrier support reduces reliance on a single carrier; it is not an outage-proof guarantee. Local signal conditions, power limitations, a device or probe fault, or a service issue can interrupt operation without all three carriers failing nationwide.

How often are readings recorded?

The manufacturer lists five-minute recording intervals. Recording interval and notification delivery are different concepts; alert configuration and actual connectivity influence when a notification reaches your team.

Is monitoring service included in the hardware price?

The complete proposal should identify the kit, connected service and applicable terms. Do not assume that a hardware listing alone defines portal access, recurring service, calibration replacements or warranty coverage. This page requests a proposal and does not activate a subscription.

What calibration information is available?

The manufacturer describes NIST-traceable calibration with a two-year certificate. Review the supplied certificate and its dates. Ongoing recalibration or replacement-probe arrangements depend on the applicable program and should be specified with the proposal.
