Select the 50 mL tube presentation that fits your preparation workflow: bulk conical, racked conical or bulk skirted. All three listed configurations are supplied 500 per order unit.

HS4427B supplies the conical tube in bulk packaging; HS4427R supplies the conical tube in racks. HS4427S is the skirted bulk alternative. These options are not three different volumes. Choose racks when that presentation suits how you stage tubes; choose the skirted format only after checking your holder and rotor requirements.
The manufacturer lists a maximum RCF of 9, 500 × g, an outer diameter of 29 mm and a height of 114 mm. Check your centrifuge’s tube, adapter and operating requirements before use, especially when switching to a skirted base. Do not substitute an rpm value for the stated RCF without the correct rotor relationship.

The catalog identifies 20 × 25-pack packaging for 500 tubes, with bulk or rack presentation as selected. Easy-tear packaging and lot-to-lot traceability help keep identification with the material as it is issued. Preserve the lot information under your laboratory procedure; no additional analytical certification is claimed here.
The tubes have 5 mL graduation intervals and screw caps. They are listed as sterile, disposable and autoclavable. No volumetric accuracy class or validated reprocessing cycle is specified, so do not treat the printed scale as a certified volumetric instrument or the autoclave statement as permission for unrestricted reuse.
HS4427B: Conical; bulk 20 × 25 — 500 tubes. HS4427R: Conical; racked 20 × 25 — 500 tubes. HS4427S: Skirted; bulk 20 × 25 — 500 tubes.
Compare tube-rack formats separately and verify the rack’s exact tube-size range before using it with 50 mL tubes.
Yes. The options change presentation or base format, not volume.
HS4427R is the racked conical configuration.
HS4427S is the skirted bulk configuration.
500 per order unit; the catalog lists 20 × 25-pack packaging.
9, 500 × g. Also follow the centrifuge and rotor requirements for the selected tube.
Yes. The manufacturer identifies these configurations as sterile.
No accuracy class is specified; the listed graduation interval is 5 mL.
