A narrow carrier for 15 mL tube groups

HS2165B is arranged for eight 15 mL tubes rather than a dense microtube array. The long, narrow format is useful when you need an identifiable group in a water bath while keeping a lifting route clear. Its high-density polyethylene foam resists water absorption and provides the buoyancy needed for floating bath work.

Plan clearance around the loaded rack

Published dimensions are 17.2 × 5.7 × 6.5 cm, with 16 mm wells. Check the actual tube body and cap profile before use, then allow space for nearby racks and the bath lid. A tube’s nominal 15 mL capacity does not by itself establish the fit of every manufacturer’s cap and shoulder.
