The Pulse 650 UltraSonic Homogenizer is a comprehensive solution for various laboratory applications, such as cell disruption, homogenization, and emulsification. It features a large touch screen that offers complete control over operating parameters. The device is supplied with a controller, a 6mm horn, a temperature probe, and a soundproof enclosure. The enclosure is equipped with UV-C sterilization and interior lighting.

This homogenizer includes everything required for operation, including a soundproof enclosure that reduces noise levels. The low-profile controller and soundproof enclosure are stackable, saving valuable bench space. The enclosure has interior lights and a large front panel for easy sample viewing. A remote-controlled, motorized lift simplifies probe placement. Between uses, the UV-C lights decontaminate the chamber to prevent cross-contamination.

Similar to the smaller Pulse 150 model, the Pulse 650 uses ultrasonic waves and cavitation to disrupt cells, shear DNA, and create emulsions. With up to 650 watts of power, it can process samples ranging from 0.1ml to 500ml. The touch screen allows easy adjustment of pulsed operation, power ratios, and other parameters. User alerts for over temperature, over/no load, and time expiration ensure safe operation.

The Pulse 650 is available with six different horns (ranging from 2mm to 12mm) to meet various sample volume requirements. It comes standard with a 6mm horn, suitable for processing samples from 10ml to 100ml. For additional volumes, please refer to the product literature.
