The SCI-100HCM-Pro Digital Thermal Mixer is a versatile and efficient laboratory instrument designed for precise heating, cooling, and mixing. It features a temperature range from room temperature to 100°C and can cool down to 15°C below room temperature. The mixer offers a wide range of mixing speeds from 300 to 1500 rpm, ensuring thorough and consistent mixing for various applications.

This thermal mixer is compatible with a variety of tubes and plates, including 0.5 to 50mL tubes, 96/384 well plates, and PCR 0.2mL plates. Its programmable functions, automatic block recognition, and easy-to-read TFT display make it user-friendly and efficient for tasks such as genetic analysis, DNA and RNA extraction, sample preparation, and biochemical studies.

RETURN PROCESS

To return a Scilogex item, please email our customer service team at info@bluetigerscientific.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number instructions will be provided on how to return the item.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return and consider insuring the package as we are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Scilogex will process your return/exchange. Please allow at least 7-10 days to process from the receipt of your item to process. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

Scilogex products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase, for a period of 1 year on all Liquid Handling Products (Pipettors, Dispensers, Pipette Fillers, etc.) 1 year on cryogenic dewar flasks and dry-ice makers and 2 years on all Instruments (Hotplates, Shakers, Vortex Mixers, Centrifuges etc).

Seller warrants that its products shall conform to the description of such products as provided to Buyer by Seller through Seller’s catalog, or literature. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND SELLER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MECHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Seller’s warranties made in connection with this sale shall not be effective if Seller has determined, in its sole discretion, that Buyer has misused the products in any manner, has failed to use the products in accordance with industry standards or practices, has exposed products to physical or chemical abuse, or has failed to use the products in accordance with instructions, if any, furnished by Seller. This warranty also becomes null and void where Buyer or user has made (1) unauthorized repair, or (2) improper installation.

All claims must be brought to the attention of the Seller within the warranty time period as indicated above, regardless of their nature.

Goods may not be returned for credit except with Seller’s permission within 30 days of receipt, and then only in strict compliance with Seller’s following return shipment instructions.
