    Phospholipase A1 from Aspergillus oryzae is an enzyme that belongs to the phospholipase A1 family. This enzyme specifically catalyzes the hydrolysis of the sn-1 acyl chain of phospholipids, resulting in the release of a free fatty acid and a lysophospholipid.
