Running several antibodies or conditions at once? MultiBox™ boxes put 2 to 6 separate compartments under one hinged lid, so each blot gets its own reagent and you can compare results side by side as they develop. They are high-clarity polystyrene with the same flat bottoms as our single boxes, and they take one spot on the rocker instead of several.

Tip for Better Blots
Use enough solution to keep the membrane fully submerged throughout the rocking cycle, and close the lid during long incubations to prevent the edges from drying out. For fluorescent detection, keep the membrane in an opaque black box from secondary antibody through imaging.
