Human ACE2 Conjugated to ABEI is a chemiluminescent reagent designed for high-sensitivity detection and assay development within CLIA platforms. This conjugate consists of recombinant human ACE2 protein covalently linked to ABEI (N-(aminobutyl)-N-ethylisoluminol), a luminol derivative known for its strong and stable light-emitting properties. Supplied as a clear solution at 10 μg/mL, this reagent enables precise quantification and interaction studies involving ACE2 and SARS-CoV-2 spike protein or related ligands.

ACE2 (Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme 2) is the primary cellular receptor for SARS-CoV-2, making it a critical target in virology, immunology, and therapeutic screening.
