This dual-enzyme preparation from Helix pomatia contains both β-glucuronidase and arylsulfatase activities, making it a powerful tool for hydrolyzing glucuronide and sulfate conjugates in biological samples. Supplied as a ready-to-use solution, this biotechnology-grade reagent is widely used in sample preparation for mass spectrometry, steroid profiling, and environmental biomarker analysis.

β-Glucuronidase cleaves glucuronic acid moieties from conjugated metabolites, while arylsulfatase hydrolyzes sulfate esters. Together, they enable comprehensive deconjugation of urinary and serum analytes, facilitating accurate quantification of parent compounds. This preparation is stable at 2–8°C and should be handled under sterile conditions. All solutions are prepared using Type I ultrapure water and filtered through 0.22 µm membranes to ensure consistency and reproducibility across batches.
