HS2166 provides 18 positions for small tubes in water baths, tubs or beakers. The round format suits a compact working group rather than a long rectangular array. Its blue high-density polyethylene foam resists water absorption, so the rack itself floats while the tubes extend into the bath. Choose the rack around the tube body and cap arrangement, not nominal volume alone.

Move the group without handling every tube

The detachable carrying handle gives you a central lifting point when moving the rack into or out of a bath. Plan the tube positions before starting and retain a written sample map outside the bath. The rack organizes samples; it does not set the bath temperature or replace a validated incubation procedure.

Choose small-tube flexibility over maximum count
