Biotinylated BSA for high-affinity streptavidin binding and assay development. Biotin BSA is a versatile reagent used across molecular biology, biochemistry, and immunoassay workflows. Each BSA molecule is conjugated with multiple biotin residues, enabling robust and specific interactions with streptavidin, avidin, and neutravidin platforms.

This product is highly purified via size exclusion chromatography to eliminate free biotin, ensuring minimal background and high signal-to-noise ratios in downstream applications. It is ideal for ELISA coating, biosensor calibration, protein labeling, and surface immobilization protocols.

With a native pH of 7.4 and supplied at 20 mg/mL, Biotin BSA is ready for dilution or direct use in high-throughput screening, fluorescence quenching assays, and biotin interference studies. It is RUO-compliant and not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
