    Human Recombinant Alpha Synuclein E114C Mutant Pre-formed Fibrils (PFFs) are engineered alpha-synuclein proteins with a mutation at the 114th amino acid. These pre-formed fibrils are used in research to study protein aggregation mechanisms and their effects on neuronal cells. ATTO 488 is a fluorescent dye that labels these fibrils for visualization in experiments. This product has been used as a molecular tool for various biochemical applications. It has also been used in a wide array of other chemical and immunological applications. Custom bulk amounts of this product are available upon request.
