Heathrow Scientific: Shipping & Return Policy
At Blue Tiger Scientific, we're proud to offer a wide range of authentic Heathrow Scientific products. Please review the following policies, which apply to all Heathrow Scientific purchases made through our store. Remember, all return requests must be initiated directly with Blue Tiger Scientific.
Shipping Policy
Orders for Heathrow Scientific products are fulfilled and shipped straight from Heathrow Scientific's facilities, primarily utilizing reliable carriers like FedEx or UPS. FedEx Ground is the standard shipping method for all orders.
Heathrow Scientific ships only to residential or business addresses within the United States. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Orders placed outside of regular business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the next business day, subject to product availability and carrier schedules.
Delivery times can vary based on the specific product's availability, the overall size of your order, and current carrier logistics.
Once your order has shipped, Blue Tiger Scientific and Heathrow Scientific are not responsible for unforeseen carrier delays, disruptions due to weather, or other delivery issues beyond our control.
All shipments are processed on an EX-WORKS (EXW) basis from Heathrow Scientific’s facility. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the product is picked up by the carrier.
Return Policy
Should you need to return a Heathrow Scientific product, you must start the process with Blue Tiger Scientific. We will then work directly with Heathrow Scientific to facilitate your return, ensuring you obtain the necessary Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

Damaged or Missing Goods
To ensure eligibility for a replacement or refund, all claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may void your claim due to carrier claim limitations.
Returns Due to Customer Error or Change of Mind
If you ordered the wrong product or simply changed your mind:

Non-Returnable Items

Items missing accessories, manuals, or packaging will be rejected.
Products classified as hazardous cannot be returned.
These are made to order and are not eligible for return or refund.
