LEARN MORE ABOUT HI932

Robust Data Management and Reporting

Customizable Autosampler Sequences

The HI932 stores up to 100 standard or user-defined titration methods accessible by the autosampler, allowing full customization and optimization for your specific sequence needs. This flexibility supports a wide range of applications, ensuring seamless integration into diverse lab workflows and enhancing overall efficiency in automated titration processes.

Comprehensive Sequence Reports

Generate detailed reports that include sample names, beaker positions, sample sizes, and overall tray results, complemented by in-depth individual titration reports. These reports provide complete traceability, making it easier to review data, meet regulatory requirements, and maintain high standards in laboratory quality control.

Flexible Titration Reports

Tailor each report to capture exactly the data your procedures require, ensuring compliance and efficient recordkeeping. Customization options allow for inclusion of critical parameters, facilitating better data analysis and long-term archiving for audits or research purposes in automated titration setups.

Intuitive and Reliable Automation Features

Chemically Resistant Peristaltic Pumps

Support up to three durable peristaltic pumps for reagent addition, sample leveling, or waste removal, each offering a flow rate exceeding 200 mL/min and exceptional chemical resistance. This design ensures long service life and reliable performance even with aggressive reagents commonly used in titration applications.

Versatile Multipurpose Arm

Accommodate three 12 mm electrodes, a temperature sensor, aspiration tube, multiple reagent tubes, and an overhead stirrer for maximum configuration flexibility. This multipurpose setup supports complex titration requirements, allowing precise control and adaptation to various analytical needs in the lab.

Visible Status Indicators

Bright, color-changing lights provide clear status updates from a distance and serve as an emergency stop button for immediate sequence interruption. This safety feature enhances operational awareness and allows quick response to any issues during automated titration runs.

Advanced Carousel and Sample Management

HI922 Autosampler carousel functionality

Flexible Sample Tray Options

Choose between 16-position (150 mL beakers) or 18-position (100 mL beakers) trays, made from chemically resistant, dishwasher-safe material for easy maintenance. These trays enable efficient handling of varying sample volumes, optimizing throughput in busy laboratory environments focused on titration analysis.

Automatic Tray Identification

Built-in RFID detects tray size and serial number, preventing errors when switching between multiple configured trays. This smart feature streamlines setup and ensures accurate operation across different sample batches in automated titration workflows.

Optical Beaker Detection

Infrared sensors identify missing beakers and allow customizable actions: skip, pause, or stop the sequence. This prevents wasted runs and maintains data integrity during high-volume automated titration processes.

Precise Positioning Encoder

An absolute encoder tracks carousel position reliably, retaining data even when powered off for immediate readiness. This ensures consistent performance and reduces downtime in continuous laboratory titration operations.

Integrated Stirring Options

Built-in magnetic stirrer (with adjustable speed) or optional overhead propeller ensures thorough sample mixing. Proper homogenization is critical for accurate titration results, and these options provide reliable stirring tailored to your samples.

Efficient Sample Handling and Recordkeeping

Streamlined sample entry with automatic name incrementing for faster setup and reduced manual input errors in busy labs
Balance integration via RS232 for automatic weight transfer and reduced manual effort, improving accuracy and speed
Versatile sequencing supporting up to 18 samples plus rinse and storage positions for extended unattended operation
Enhanced traceability using a compatible USB barcode reader to link sample IDs accurately, supporting GLP compliance
