To return a Scilogex item, please email our customer service team at info@bluetigerscientific.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number instructions will be provided on how to return the item.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return and consider insuring the package as we are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Scilogex will process your return/exchange. Please allow at least 7-10 days to process from the receipt of your item to process. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

Seller warrants that its products shall conform to the description of such products as provided to Buyer by Seller through Seller’s catalog, or literature. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND SELLER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MECHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Seller’s warranties made in connection with this sale shall not be effective if Seller has determined, in its sole discretion, that Buyer has misused the products in any manner, has failed to use the products in accordance with industry standards or practices, has exposed products to physical or chemical abuse, or has failed to use the products in accordance with instructions, if any, furnished by Seller.
