Simple Operation for Accurate Results

On-screen guidance and animated tutorials walk you through every step of setup, calibration, and testing, so you always know what to do next. You can easily access this Tutorial Mode at any time with a dedicated help key. The meter’s automatic shut-off feature helps preserve battery life. A warning symbol will flash when the battery level is below 10%, and the unit will shut down automatically to prevent any inaccurate readings from occurring due to low power.

Data Logging Capability

There's no need to worry about missing a measurement. Your photometer automatically saves the last 50 measurements in its internal memory. These results can be viewed instantly from the Log Recall Menu.

CAL Check™ for Meter Validation

Hanna’s unique CAL Check™ feature offers a simple, stress-free method to confirm your photometer is operating correctly. Simply insert the certified CAL Check™ standards, and the meter will guide you through the validation process. If your photometer is out of its specified range, you can quickly calibrate it to your standard.

Built-in Durability and Advanced Optics

An advanced optical system delivers precise and repeatable results. It features an efficient Light Emitting Diode (LED) that provides more light while consuming less power, along with a narrow band interference filter. The new IP67-rated body is built to withstand real-life knocks, drops, and spills, ensuring top performance in any environment. Its internal components are sealed against dust, dirt, and water. The meter is also designed to float, just in case you drop it. An exclusive positive-locking system ensures cuvettes are always placed in the same position for consistently accurate measurements.

Designed for Portability

This photometer is comfortable to hold for on-the-go testing or can be placed on a table for benchtop use. Its backlit LCD display provides clear, easy-to-read results from any angle, day or night. The included AA batteries provide a life of more than 800 measurements.
