Hyaluronic Acid Binding Protein (HABP) is a highly purified glycoprotein isolated from bovine nasal cartilage, known for its strong and specific affinity to hyaluronic acid polymers ≥2000 M.W. This reagent is essential for studying extracellular matrix interactions, cell adhesion, and hyaluronan-mediated signaling. Supplied at 1000 µg/mL in PBS1X, it is affinity purified to ensure high specificity and reproducibility in biochemical and cell-based assays.

HABP is widely used in histological staining, ELISA development, and receptor-ligand binding studies involving CD44 and other hyaladherin pathways. Its ability to selectively bind hyaluronic acid makes it a valuable tool for investigating tissue remodeling, inflammation, and cancer biology. All components are biotechnology grade and filtered through 0.22 µm membranes using Type I ultrapure water (resistivity >18 MΩ·cm).
