The CycloScreen Cyclodextrins Kit is a versatile screening tool designed to identify optimal cyclodextrin formulations for stabilizing proteins, small molecules, and reagents. With five distinct cyclodextrin derivatives spanning α-, β-, and γ-forms, this kit enables rapid evaluation of host-guest interactions, detergent quenching, and compound solubilization. Each cyclodextrin is provided in a concentrated solution (5% or 10%) for easy dilution to working concentrations ranging from 0.01% to 0.5%.

Applications include protein refolding, stabilization of hydrophobic drugs, extension of reagent shelf-life, and selective binding of interfering substances. Cyclodextrins are widely used in pharmaceutical formulation, analytical chemistry, and biochemical transport studies. The inclusion of hydroxypropyl and methylated variants allows researchers to fine-tune solubility, cavity size, and binding affinity for specific targets. Individual cyclodextrins are also available separately or in bulk quantities for scale-up workflows.

All solutions are prepared using Type I ultrapure water (resistivity >18 MΩ·cm) and filtered through 0.22 µm membranes to ensure purity and reproducibility. The kit is biotechnology grade and compatible with high-throughput screening, formulation development, and analytical assay optimization. For best results, store at 2–8°C for short-term use or –20°C for long-term preservation.

    Returns & Refunds
