High HAMA Li-Heparin Plasma is a biotechnology-grade human plasma sample containing elevated levels of Human Anti-Mouse Antibodies (HAMA), a known source of interference in immunoassays involving murine monoclonal antibodies. This reagent is offered in three distinct concentration ranges—600–799 ng/mL, 800–999 ng/mL, and 1000–1499 ng/mL—allowing researchers to simulate varying degrees of HAMA interference in assay validation and troubleshooting workflows.

HAMA can cause false positives or negatives in diagnostic assays, particularly those using mouse-derived antibodies for detection or capture. This plasma matrix, collected in lithium heparin tubes, provides a physiologically relevant background for interference testing in ELISA, CLIA, and other immunoassay platforms. Filtered and aliquoted for convenience, each 1 mL sample is stored at –20°C to preserve antibody integrity and minimize degradation. The yellow-orange appearance reflects its native plasma origin, and its human source ensures compatibility with clinical assay conditions.
