    Hippeastrum hybrid Lectin (HHL) is derived from the Hippeastrum plant. HHL binds to specific sugar residues, useful in biochemical research. Alkaline Phosphatase (AP) catalyzes phosphate removal and is used in assays. HHL-AP detects carbohydrates on cell surfaces, visualized by a substrate reaction indicating target presence. This product has been used as a molecular tool for various biochemical applications. It has also been used in a wide array of other chemical and immunological applications.
