Research demands adaptability, and the SmartWasher 96 delivers just that. This fully automated washer accommodates full plates, partial plates, and strips with U, V, C, or flat bottoms. It features multiple aspiration point settings to ensure minimal residual liquid after aspiration. All parameters, such as dispense volume, suction time, soak and shake cycles, and shaking speed, can be easily programmed using its large 4.3” LCD display and keypad. The SmartWasher 96 can store up to 100 wash protocols, which can be recalled as needed or transferred between machines using a flash drive.
Equipped with two wash bottles, one rinse bottle, and a waste bottle, all with sensors to alert users when solutions are low or the waste bottle needs emptying, it also has an auto-rinse function to prime the dispensing tube and wash heads, preventing cross-contamination and clogs.
Separate 8- and 12-channel wash heads are available to fit plates in any orientation. The wash area is enclosed in a transparent acrylic shield, allowing plate visualization, while the beveled spill well ensures immediate extraction of any spills to prevent cross-contamination.
