Thyroxine BSA Conjugate is a high-purity reagent designed for immunoassay development, thyroid hormone quantification, and metabolic research. Thyroxine (T4) is a tyrosine-based hormone produced by the thyroid gland and plays a central role in regulating metabolic rate, protein synthesis, and cellular energy balance. Its molecular structure includes four iodine atoms, giving rise to the designation “T4.”

This conjugate links thyroxine to bovine serum albumin (BSA), enhancing immunogenicity and compatibility with antibody-based detection platforms. Supplied at 5 mg/mL in PBS (pH 7.4), it is available in 5 mg format and should be stored at −20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve conjugate integrity and binding performance.
