Supercharge your PCR experiments with Accuris™ Hot Start Taq 2X Master Mix—where precision meets reliability.

This ready-to-use master mix is meticulously formulated for enhanced specificity and efficiency, providing superior performance for even the most demanding applications. Ideal for routine PCR, genotyping, colony PCR, and fast PCR, it combines convenience with exceptional results, making it an essential component of any research lab.

Engineered to improve DNA-binding, Accuris Hot Start Taq Polymerase offers higher solubility and greater template affinity, resulting in consistently superior outcomes. The enzyme exhibits 5' to 3' nuclease activity, without 3' to 5' (proofreading) activity, making it perfect for a wide range of DNA templates, including GC-rich sequences. Supplied with a 5X buffer containing MgCl2 and a proprietary mix of enhancers (dNTP's not included), this master mix optimizes enzyme activity and reaction speed. The inert red dye option (not included) further simplifies sample handling by allowing direct loading onto agarose gels with enhanced visualization.

Key Features:

  • High Sensitivity: Ideal for low copy number PCR
  • Multiplex PCR: Efficient amplification of GC-rich and AT-rich sequences
  • Fast Cycling: Achieve early Ct values with rapid cycling
  • High Solubility: Enhanced enzyme solubility for better template affinity
  • Proprietary Buffer: Optimized for diverse assay conditions
  • Convenient Use: Ready to use with primers and template DNA
  • Red Dye Option: Simplifies sample loading with visual aid (not included)

Applications:

  • Routine PCR: Reliable performance for standard PCR applications
  • Genotyping: Accurate genotyping with high-quality DNA amplification
  • Colony PCR: Efficient amplification for colony screening
  • Fast PCR: Suitable for rapid PCR protocols

Enhance your research with the Accuris™ Hot Start Taq 2X Master Mix and experience unparalleled precision and efficiency in your PCR experiments.
