    SIRPα (Signal Regulatory Protein Alpha) is a cell surface receptor on myeloid cells, regulating immune cell activation and phagocytosis. The extracellular domain interacts with CD47, inhibiting phagocytosis of healthy cells. The recombinant SIRPα extracellular domain is used in research to study SIRPα-CD47 interactions, drug development, structural studies, and functional assays. This product has been used as a molecular tool for various biochemical applications. It has also been used in a wide array of other chemical and immunological applications. Custom bulk amounts of this product are available upon request.
