RETURN PROCESS
To return a Scilogex item, please email our customer service team at info@bluetigerscientific.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number instructions will be provided on how to return the item.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return and consider insuring the package as we are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Scilogex will process your return/exchange. Please allow at least 7-10 days to process from the receipt of your item to process. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

For products over 14 days, products without original packing, missing items, we reserve the right to deduct a re-stocking fee, to be determined upon examination.
Scilogex provides a prompt and complete service for all Scilogex products.
Scilogex products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase, for a period of 1 year on all Liquid Handling Products (Pipettors, Dispensers, Pipette Fillers, etc.) 1 year on cryogenic dewar flasks and dry-ice makers and 2 years on all Instruments (Hotplates, Shakers, Vortex Mixers, Centrifuges etc).
Seller warrants that its products shall conform to the description of such products as provided to Buyer by Seller through Seller’s catalog, or literature. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND SELLER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MECHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Seller’s warranties made in connection with this sale shall not be effective if Seller has determined, in its sole discretion, that Buyer has misused the products in any manner, has failed to use the products in accordance with industry standards or practices, has exposed products to physical or chemical abuse, or has failed to use the products in accordance with instructions, if any, furnished by Seller. This warranty also becomes null and void where Buyer or user has made (1) unauthorized repair, or (2) improper installation.
Seller’s sole and exclusive liability and Buyer’s exclusive remedy with respect to products proved to Seller’s satisfaction to be defective or nonconforming shall be repair or replacement of such products without charge or refund of the purchase price, in Seller’s sole discretion, upon the return of such products in accordance with Seller’s instructions. SELLER SHALL NOT IN ANY EVENT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM ANY USE OR FAILURE OF THE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF THE SELLER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LIABILITY FOR LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF WORK IN PROGRESS, DOWN TIME, LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFITS, FAILURE TO REALIZE SAVINGS, LOSS OF PRODUCTS OF BUYER OR OTHER USE OR ANY LIABILITY OF BUYER TO A THIRD PARTY ON ACCOUNT OF SUCH LOSS, OR FOR ANY LABOR OR ANY OTHER EXPENSE, DAMAGE OR LOSS OCCASIONED BY SUCH PRODUCT INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE UNLESS SUCH PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE IS CAUSED BY THE SELLER’S GROSS NEGLIGENCE. All claims must be brought to the attention of the Seller within the warranty time period as indicated above, regardless of their nature.
Goods may not be returned for credit except with Seller’s permission within 30 days of receipt, and then only in strict compliance with Seller’s following return shipment instructions.
AN RMA NUMBER IS NECESSARY FOR ALL MATERIAL RETURNS, AND A DECONTAMINATON FORM MUST BE COMPLETED. FOR PRODUCTS OVER $1000 IN VALUE, PLEASE INSURE AT FULL SALES COST. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED WITH SHIPPING.
WARNING. . . FEDERAL LAW PROHIBITS SHIPMENT OF MATERIALS CONTAMINATED WITH RADIOACTIVITY AND HAZARDOUS BIOLOGICALS OR CHEMICALS WITHOUT A PERMIT. PLEASE DECONTAMINATE ALL MATERIALS BEFORE RETURNING.
