    Rhesus macaque HLA-G is a class I major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecule crucial for immune regulation. It inhibits natural killer (NK) cell activity and modulates T cell responses. B2M is a component of MHC class I molecules essential for stability and surface expression. The peptide RIIPRHLQL binds to HLA-G, forming a peptide-MHC complex for immunological studies. Tetramers identify specific T cell populations, while the C-His-Avi Tag facilitates protein purification and biotinylation.
