    Recombinant Ag85B His is a genetically engineered form of the Ag85B protein with an added polyhistidine tag (His6) to facilitate purification through affinity chromatography. Ag85B is part of the antigen 85 complex secreted by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, involved in the synthesis of the mycobacterial cell wall and important for the bacterium’s virulence and survival. This product has been used as a molecular tool for various biochemical applications. It has also been used in a wide array of other chemical and immunological applications. Custom bulk amounts of this product are available upon request.
