The HI1048B effectively measures samples with temperatures ranging from -5 to 60°C (23 to 140°F), covering typical wine and juice processing environments.

CPS™ Sleeve Junction
Clogging Prevention System (CPS™) represents a breakthrough for pH electrodes used in high-solids samples. By pairing ground glass porosity with a PTFE sleeve, it maintains consistent electrolyte flow while repelling particulates and debris. This innovative junction design allows the HI1048B to resist fouling up to 20 times longer than conventional ceramic junctions, dramatically reducing maintenance and extending operational life in challenging wine and juice matrices.
Double Junction Reference
The double junction construction features an internal compartment that isolates the Ag/AgCl reference wire, preventing silver ion migration into the sample. Refillable Design
